My name is Jake. I started out as just another coffee lover — the kind who thought single origin meant having a coffee alone... But over time, I realized it wasn’t just the drink I loved — it was the people, the stories, and the quiet comfort that coffee brings. This little venture grew from that simple joy: creating a space where warmth, connection, and a really good cup of coffee come together.

 

Encouraged by a friend to put the coffee in motion, Safe Hollow Coffee was born — a coffee cart with a simple mission: bring the comfort to the people. I wanted to create something approachable, something that felt like a familiar space where you could pause, breathe, and sip something good. Whether it’s a busy morning or a slow afternoon, Safe Hollow is here to offer a little calm in the chaos — one cup at a time.
